What is the Workshop and how does it work?
The Workshop is our crowdfunding model that allows us to design new products and gauge interest. By pre-ordering from the Workshop, you help us eliminate waste and receive a 20% discount for your patience during the production process.
What is the Common Club loyalty program?
The Common Club is our way of rewarding our community. Members earn points for every dollar spent, which can be redeemed for credit on future purchases, as well as gaining early access to new releases and exclusive sales.
How do your clothes fit?
Our garments are designed with a tailored, modern fit. We provide detailed size charts and fit guides on every product page to help you find your perfect match. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed feel.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 21 days of delivery. Items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached. Please note that 'Last Call' items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive. For Workshop items, please refer to the estimated shipping date provided on the product page.
How do I care for my Taylor Stitch garments?
To ensure the longevity of your gear, we recommend washing in cold water and hanging to dry whenever possible. Specific care instructions can be found on the interior care tag of each garment.
